I’ve been working with Natalie and Alana now for 6 years and will NEVER do a conference without them again. We do 3 large conferences (±450 PAX), within a 2-week window every year. Since that first year of conferences, we have expanded our business with them to include a lot more smaller functions during the year as well.

Natalie and I have clicked on day 1 and have become good friends. Since then, colleagues from both sides have joined in on this relationship and we’ve become a strong team doing conferences and functions together – in various levels of our business.

The SA Conferencing team represents among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. Information is accurate, responses to queries are turned around very fast. Answers are clear and where necessary detailed enough for us to make informed decisions quickly, minimising the end to end time with regards to requests between us and the venue.

They deliver a very professional service and building friendships have not interfered with the service levels towards us or the service provider on the other end. They keep it professional and still work towards to best outcome for both parties.

I dealt with Natalie for sourcing of venues for our training sessions, she is so easy to deal with and so helpful.
We had many requirements and she ensured everything we asked for was achieved and then some!
